Store Planning and Design Project Manager - Luxury Retail

Our client is a top-tier luxury brand and they are looking to hire an experienced Store Planning and Design Project Manager with a good interior design background in Luxury Retail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage boutique projects, including openings, renovations, and expansions.
• Collaborate with landlords, architects, and contractors for ongoing maintenance and renovations.
• Analyze competitors’ retail networks to identify opportunities for new boutique locations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Security) to ensure project timelines and standards are met.
• Create detailed design plans and oversee construction stages.
• Work with approved suppliers to ensure store displays meet brand standards.
• Manage project planning, cost control, and on-site supervision for timely execution.
• Control the quality and quantity of materials, ordering as necessary.
• Conduct monthly project status reports and maintain updated boutique information online.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including end users, landlords, and contractors.
• Supervise project progress from tendering to execution.
• Ensure designs meet brand requirements and conduct assessments for technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail design, architecture, and engineering specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store design project management, particularly in fashion, jewelry, FMCG, or F&B sectors.
• In-house experience with retail brands required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and management capabilities with problem-solving proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
