Achieve annual and monthly targets communicated by the Group.
Develop strategic CRM solutions to engage, retain & delight consumers by enhancing customer experience for the brand.
Lead, motivate, train, and coach the store team for optimizing sales performance and achieving sales goals.
Manage in-store events and incentives to grow customer base with emphasis on building local market.
Work closely across teams in Hong Kong and HQ including merchandising and marketing to align group guidelines in terms of category management, VM, and selling ceremony.
About you:
Education in a relevant discipline.
5 years of experience; preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Passion for the retail industry and high awareness of market, competitors, and trends.
Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management, and training.
Excellent communication skills.
