Roles & Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships and drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Maintain store standards, deliver excellent customer service, and resolve any issues quickly.
Plan and manage in-store promotional displays and customer events to boost engagement and sales.
Oversee budgets and daily operations to keep costs down and ensure smooth store functioning.
Hire, train, and develop staff to keep the team motivated and performing at their best.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
At least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams in the luxury fashion industry.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
Strong skills in team management and motivation.
Salary: $5,000 to $8,000
