The Opportunity

• My Client is a newly set up business in Singapore specializing in wholefood products where their vision is to improve individual's health and well-being. They are currently looking for Store Managers to join their team!
• This individual will be responsible for setting up a new store and managing the daily store operations to drive performance of the team.

Job Scope:

• Manage daily store operations which includes sales, merchandising, stock inventory, and floor operations.
• Tracking sales goals and other key retail and sales metrics weekly.
• Perform and ensure alignment of brand plans.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Oversee activity and performance of the sales team.
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Lead the Store Manager in showroom and stock management of layout and inventory.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
• Responsible for hiring and recruiting talents for the team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Wholefood products.
• Energetic, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to independently multitask.

• Location: Central or West, Singapore.
