Job Duties:
Analyze sales reports, lead weekly commercial meetings, and implement action plans with follow-up.
Manage stock levels and rotation to avoid overstock or shortages; work closely with the District Manager to ensure optimal inventory.
Track and report store KPIs daily and weekly to the District Manager.
Ensure store image and visual standards are consistently maintained.
Conduct regular competitor analysis on product range, pricing, and quality, reporting to Retail and District Managers.
Oversee delivery processes, ensuring accurate and timely stock receipt and organization.
Monitor customer service quality and staff grooming standards (uniforms, makeup, etc.).
Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower without overstaffing.
Manage inventory movements and coordinate stock counts.
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and building a client base.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Set and adjust staff schedules and floor layouts based on commercial needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development alongside second managers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of GCE O’ Level or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in Assistant Manager or Supervisor is highly advantageous.
Proven successful experience in selling and managing sales teams.
