Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for store staff management, including training and assessment; building a strong team.
Maintain the brand image and ensure that all store staff provide customer service that meets company standards.
Ensure that processes such as cashiering are executed according to regulations, ensuring the accuracy of cash and inventory. Effectively control the overall store budget to achieve maximum sales with minimal costs. Implement loss prevention and theft control measures. Complete monthly and quarterly inventory counts on time and submit inventory reports.
Organize and execute in-store marketing activities and provide feedback on them. Be familiar with the sales of various store products and submit weekly and monthly sales analysis reports in a timely manner.
Manage the store’s online operations and customer relations, including platforms like WeChat groups, Xiaohongshu (RED), etc.
Conduct market research periodically and promptly report findings to headquarters. Be responsible for communication and coordination with various departments at headquarters.
Job Requirements:
Minimim Diploma, with 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry. Capable of data processing and analysis.
Strong sense of service and marketing awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills, good team spirit, and ability to manage a team effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset, open to new things, passionate about trendy toys, innovative, able to work under pressure, and capable of independently managing and operating a store.
