Store Manager

Duties include facilitating and supervising day-to-day operations at a store and working alongside store managers, dispatchers, and drivers effectively to ensure the entire operation runs smoothly and drivers are able to achieve delivery on time (DOT).

1. Learn and familiarize with the dedicated transport management system.
2. Assign and optimize the best routes for drivers to ensure the utmost optimal paths are allocated for each driver.
3. Allocate tasks for dispatchers and ensure they execute tasks accordingly.
4. When needed, you will fill in the dispatcher role including:
1. Scanning QR codes.
2. Collecting totes and cooler boxes from the basement to the dispatch area.
3. Loading goods from the dispatch area to the loading bay in the basement for drivers to collect.
5. Monitor and ensure each driver loads all goods into the van before leaving for delivery.
6. Ensure all failed deliveries from drivers are returned to the person in charge at the store.
7. Communicate and sync with other store managers and the person in charge on a dedicated communication platform to ensure operations run smoothly.
8. Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
