Job Description:
• Greet customers, answer inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Communicate with pet groomers, shop assistants, and drivers to ensure smooth operation of services.
• Manage store inventory, ensuring that stock levels and types match actual inventory, and restocking when necessary.
• Responsible for payment collection, ensuring customer fees are collected accurately.
• In charge of the store's marketing and promotional activities.
• Submit various operational reports at the beginning of each month, including sales, customer feedback, inventory, and employee performance.
• During working hours, take care of the dogs, ensuring their safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement:
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask.
• Candidates with experience as store manager in retail sales, customer service, or working in a pet shop will have an advantage.
• 6 Days Work Week.
