Store Manager

Location : City Gate, Singapore
Working Hours : 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM (Off on Wednesdays)
Salary : Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the theme park
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and attendance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• Ensure the maintenance and safety of all equipment
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to boost revenue
• Assist with cashier duties when needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or theme park management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Cashiering experience is a plus
