Job Summary: We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our trendy Tiong Bahru store. As a Retail Store Crew member, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting customers.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the management team for continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular checks on product availability, expiry dates, and quality, reporting discrepancies immediately.

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing (priority given to high-demand items).

• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.

• Assist with cashier duties, including processing payments and handling invoices accurately.

• Follow company policies for inventory management, loss prevention, and shift handovers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' or 'O' Levels / ITE or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate!

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanour.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you love interacting with people!

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft Office).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) only. We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.

• A passion for retail and a desire to grow your career with a dynamic company.

• Retail experience (e.g., fast fashion, supermarkets) is a plus.

Compensation: $2,300 - $2,800 per month (based on experience)

• 830am - 5pm

• 1230pm - 9pm

• 2pm - 1030pm

Available 5 days / 6 days work week / 4 hours (half-day) or 7.5 hours (full day) are available.
