As a Staff Nurse (Specialist Outpatient Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing frontline operations of the outpatient specialist clinics.
• Managing patient services, acting as the point of contact for patient feedback, collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth operation of the clinic.
• Ensure the delivery of compassionate and efficient patient services throughout the outpatient clinic.
• Address patient queries and provide guidance to enhance patient experience.
• Act as a mentor and resource for junior clinic staff, ensuring that patient care standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to maximize clinic capacity and minimize waiting times.
• Collect and collate patient care statistics, clinic performance data, and other relevant metrics for management reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on clinic operations, including patient volumes, appointment efficiency, and staff productivity.
• Initiate, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate clinic processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
• Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Previous experience in a specialist outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
