Staff Nurse - Outpatient Settings/2 shifts!

Job Description:

1. Provide basic outpatient nursing care for patients
2. Attend to patient’s medical needs (Urgent care, health screening, radiology and specialist care)
3. Document patient assessments and records in the electronic medical record system
4. Recognise emergency situations and assist in treatment procedures
5. Measure the vital signs of patients e.g. Blood pressure and temperature etc.
6. Educate patients regarding their health issues and recovery, and share relevant materials and resources
7. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
8. Any other duties assigned by the Nurse Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Min Diploma/Degree or above in Nursing
2. Min 2-3 years experience in inpatient ward/outpatient clinic/ED settings
3. Possess a valid SNB, BCLS & AED license
4. Proficient in IV Cannulation & Phlebotomy
5. Passionate in the nursing profession and comfortable liaising with both children and adults
6. Able to commit to the rotational shift hours
