Qualifications & Experience

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Nursing

• Have 1-3 years and above experience in Elderly Care (preferred but not a must)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and ensure their daily routines including medication and wound dressing are attended to on a daily basis at the nursing home

• Maintain and update accurate patient records related to medical history or doctor consultations

• Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs

• Educate residents and their families on healthcare and medication guidelines while transitioning to home care
