A leading provider of palliative and daycare, is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as a Staff Nurse (Daycare). You are tasked to render safe, competent and individualized nursing care services according to the needs and conditions of patients in the daycare setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate the patients’ conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor, reassess and evaluate patient’s condition, implementing a plan of care for the patient and support family members to cope with patient’s advanced disease.
• Collaborate with Therapists to revise care plan to fit the individual patient based on continuing assessment.
• Manage the admission procedure and assessment of new patients into Day Care.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Candidates in the related discipline (Oncology/Palliative Care/Gerontology/Geriatrics) are preferred.
