Staff Nurse (Bt Merah / Yishun)

OUR TEAM WELCOMES YOU TO JOIN OUR COMPANY THAT SPECIALIZES IN RENAL NURSING.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services.
2. Analyse patient assessments, laboratory data, etc.
3. Supervise and perform direct patient care.
4. Take measures to ensure the safety of the patient, reporting all incidents to Nurse-In-Charge.
5. Ensure all dialysis equipment is safe, complete, and fully operational during and after each use.
6. Responsible for proper cleaning, sterilizing, and storing of reused dialyzers.
7. Follow up on doctor’s orders.
8. Participate in collecting blood samples from patients.
9. Demonstrate ability to perform cannulation of AVF or AVG.
10. Monitor patient’s vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses valid SNB and PC.
• At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.

Other Info (subject to change):

• Medical benefits: Dental $150, Medical $500.
• Annual Leave: 21 days (Staff Nurse).
• Allowances: Shift / Meal / Attendance / Shoe / Cleaning, etc.
• Bonus: AWS / VB.
• Saturday working full day.
• 1 day off granted after completing 2 full Saturdays.
• Shift Work (0630-1430 / 1400-2200 subject to change) if applicable.
