Staff Nurse ( 5 Days Work / East )

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and interventions as per the care plan and client needs.

• Train and oversee care staff performance.

• Communicate client condition updates to the team and ensure coordination.

• Maintain clinical records, track outcomes, and escalate cases when necessary.

• Perform other tasks as required, including covering for Staff Nurses at other Senior Care facilities when needed.
