STAFF LEAD/PROGRAM (NPI/PRODUCT TRANSFER)

To manage product transfers and oversee current product production. This role serves as the focal point of contact and is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities. To manage supply chain, processes, equipment & facilities to support production. To manage project and risk mitigation and ensure project schedules are on track.

Requirements:

1. Degree in engineering, business, supply chain or its equivalent

2. At least 5 years of experience in program management, product transfer in manufacturing sectors

3. Strong stakeholder management skills
