Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling.
• Maintain equipment capability for production and meet production demand.
• Engage with production line and process engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.
• Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
• Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of equipment for better efficiency/production quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Automation, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Well-versed in problem-solving skills.
• At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor foundry related field.
• Possess analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concepts.
• Able to conduct and complete cross-department projects.
• Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
• Able to commit to day/night shift work.
