Develops, implements and maintains method, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture, fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimates manufacturing cost and determines time standards.
Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Troubleshoots both machines and chemical processes to achieve high levels of machine utilization, optimization, capability and stability.
Periodically reviews and updates process control, FMEA, Work Instructions (WI).
Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staff decisions, training and development, and performance management of staff.
Provides guidance for processing and CAPEX machinery installation.
Investigates, analyzes and remedies any defects found on the PCB, deciding on the disposition of the affected PCB (include MRB and CRAR).
Provides guidance to engineers and production personnel in execution of processes and develops programs.
Job Requirements
Working experience in manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards will be a big advantage.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
