Sr/Site Engineer - Prefabricated Construction

Job Scope

• Manage the day-to-day site operations, including supervising construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring progress and quality
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, implementing corrective measures as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of prefabricated construction processes and techniques
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, mentoring and developing more junior members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a site management or senior site engineering role, preferably within the prefabricated construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and quality control procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and digital tools
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or engineering
