Sr Resident Physician

The role of Senior Resident Physician (SRP) is to apply knowledge and skills to diagnose, prevent, and manage conditions of the eye. The Senior Resident Physician should be able to manage all basic ophthalmic conditions proficiently, with the exception of complex sub-specialized conditions.

In addition, he/she is expected to be engaged in teaching, mentoring of junior doctors, and scholarly activities (research and learning).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a basic medical degree and/or postgraduate medical degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Physician.
3. Doctors with Conditional medical registration with SMC are to practice within the conditions of their registration.
