Sr / Pharmacist ( Central / Up to $5k)

Job Opportunity: Senior/Pharmacist

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Senior/Pharmacists to join our team! We welcome candidates with a diverse range of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with departmental guidelines and policies.
2. Verify medication orders for completeness and appropriateness before dispensing.
3. Provide medication-use education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
4. Supervise pharmacy technical and clerical staff, ensuring adherence to institutional policies.
5. Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care across acute and ambulatory settings.
6. Respond to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients promptly and accurately.
7. Assist with medication charging, fee collection, and drug ordering.
8. Contribute to the assessment, management, and reporting of medication errors.
9. Participate in departmental performance improvement programs.
10. Prepare workload statistics and reports as directed by Senior Pharmacists or Pharmacy Manager.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.

Working Hours:

• 5.25-day work week
• Staggered office hours

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
2. Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
