Sr / Pharmacist ( Central / Up to $5k)

Job Opportunity: Senior Pharmacist

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Senior Pharmacists to join our team! We welcome candidates with a diverse range of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with departmental guidelines and policies.
• Verify medication orders for completeness and appropriateness before dispensing.
• Provide medication-use education and guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise pharmacy technical and clerical staff, ensuring adherence to institutional policies.
• Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care across acute and ambulatory settings.
• Respond to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients promptly and accurately.
• Assist with medication charging, fee collection, and drug ordering.
• Contribute to the assessment, management, and reporting of medication errors.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement programs.
• Prepare workload statistics and reports as directed by Senior Pharmacists or Pharmacy Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.

Working Hours:

• 5.25-day work week
• Staggered office hours

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
