Sr Operation Excellence Executive

• Overall understanding of program, how each business unit connects with one another and explore business opportunities within each.
• Responsible for developing strategies to improve operational performance, monitoring, & evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies.
• Assist in CIPs and/or ad hoc projects that border on workplace safety enhancement, automation, process steps elimination, Kaizen burst, value stream mapping, quality/PPM improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage optimization.
• Customer engagement through CIP, project related and OpEx meeting.
• Develop, implement, sustain and improve the methods, tools, and standards of the LEAN system in all sections of the value streams.
• Support LEAN work practices including 6S, problem-solving root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Challenge the status quo, assist the respective BU leads in CIP drive that focuses on eliminating of waste.
• Likelihood of working on multiple CIPs and/or ad hoc projects at any one time, whilst adhering to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics or other related discipline
• Contract logistics background preferred.
• In depth practical experience of LEAN, 6S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, VSM, Kaizen with evidence of how CIP has delivered real sustainable results.
