Role Overview:
The ASEAN Senior Marketing Manager role will be responsible for managing and working with a team of country product managers for creating and implementing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, analysing market trends and competition, and collaborating with different teams to achieve business goals.
The role will be working with the local country BUM and Product manager teams to develop and implement marketing plan, to achieve business plan objectives, conduct investigative research to assess brand image, market share and evaluate and plan for growth opportunities.
They will manage advertising budgets, new product launches, promotional activities and brand/portfolio development of product/portfolio assigned. They will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance and effectiveness of marketing activities.
They will also be responsible for alignment with the EM regional and Global marketing teams to customize the organisation strategy as per local needs.
