Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing on raw materials as well as in-process and final products for compliance to quality standards.
• Conduct laboratory testing in a clean room environment (Microbiological Air, Microbiological Surface, Particulate Matter Test), water, and final products (e.g., Bacteria Endotoxin Test, Bioburden Test) to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, qualify test procedures, and validate processes, as well as participate in improvement projects (e.g., microbiological media qualification).
• Ensure compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.
• Perform and support sterilization studies (e.g., Steam Qualification studies).
