Job Description
In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units and HRBP. The end-to-end recruitment process will encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and being part of the selection process. You will also be involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process. Additionally, you will handle the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio, which includes organizing and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential students, preparing bond deeds, attending to student queries, and processing allowances. This position requires you to build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and to maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.

Requirements

  1. Degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in HR recruitment functions
  2. A good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and/or other relevant HR systems
  3. Excellent communication skills to deal with people at all levels
  4. Team player with good interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  6. Resourceful, resilient, and able to work independently
  7. Demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving
  8. Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with Success Factors will be an added advantage
