Responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee compliance with contractual obligations during the execution phase.
Monitor contract performance, payments, and financial implications. Involvement in budgeting and forecasting related to contracts may be required.
Continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Ensure that the Project contract administration needs, objectives, and requirements are aligned with the Operation team.
Advise the Operation Team, Procurement Manager, and other stakeholders on any deviations from contract requirements during Project execution.
Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities related to contract clauses, especially financial matters.
Propose alternative contract provisions to mitigate risks and negotiate with customers using persuasive arguments.
Coordinate with the Operation Team, participate in meetings, review drafts, revise, and maintain records of all contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities during project execution.
Assess supplier/subcontractor claims for entitlement and variation orders according to contract requirements.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a relevant field.
Interest in Strategy/Corporate Development/Business & Data Analysis or similar function.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Power BI).
Financial modeling and cost management.
Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analytics.
Ability to develop plans and estimate budgets and timescales.
