Sr. Enrollment Specialist

Salt Talent Search is looking for an Sr. Enrollment Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role in Singapore.

Jobs and responsibilities

• Responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer.
• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through various channels – phone, video calls, chat, and in-person events.
• Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective students in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.
• Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students.
• Facilitate eligible candidates’ enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track, and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class.
• Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting documents and contracts checks throughout the enrolment process.
• Handle withdrawals/deferments before the start of the course.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of documents.
• Provide daily updates on the progress of registration and enrolment status.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-driven and mature.
• Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills.
• Ability to understand an individual’s wants and needs to offer a logical solution.
• Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales, or admissions/recruiting.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, organized, and able to multi-task.
