The Team

The Senior Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Business Partner is the face of the DEIB+ Team. You will work to embed DEIB+ into everything that Indeed does and create lasting structural and behavioral change. Through their cross-functional partnerships, DEIB+ Business Partners are embedded deeply in the business, operating as a credible strategic advisor for business executives and senior management on the needs of the organization and designing tailored solutions that promote equitable, fulfilling, and successful employee experiences for all Indeedians. You will work closely with ESG and Human Resources to provide strategic advisement, thought leadership, and design, as well as drive initiatives to move the organization toward progress on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals.

Who you are

  • Develop, operationalize, and support the implementation of a tailored diversity and inclusion strategy for the regional business unit(s) in support of progress toward our short and long-term goals.
  • Establish proven relationships across the HR organization - specifically with HR Strategists, HR Analytics, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to establish a One HR approach within the business.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all DEIB+-related topics through a consultative approach using qualitative and quantitative data and evidence-based best practices to drive results.
  • Advise and support the creation of executive communications on DEIB+ topics.
  • Represent the DEIB+ team for assigned business unit and region, and provide support across all global regions as necessary.
  • Develop innovative approaches that create and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging and finding ways to mitigate bias and barriers, that drives our attraction, promotion, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of the efficacy of people-centered initiatives and develop hypotheses for future trends that will impact our inclusion efforts and goals.

Who we are

  • 3+ years of professional experience with and knowledge of macro and micro DEIB+ topics such as systems of oppression, social power dynamics, racial consciousness, and ability to dismantle systemic inequities as it relates to human capital.
  • 3+ years of experience working in/with the Asia-Pacific region with experience consulting on, developing and executing high-level strategic solutioning of issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, and Japanese proficiency is preferred.
  • Expertise in analyzing data, developing insights that influence the strategy and lead to business results.
  • Proven track record of execution through exceptional program management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influence key partners without authority, and deliver results in a collective environment.
  • Experience with skilled facilitation. Demonstrated ability to have effective conversations with an executive audience while navigating difficult topics.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

India 2,500,000 - 3,500,000 INR per year
Singapore 92,000 - 129,000 SGD per year
Australia 107,000 - 150,000 AUD per year
