ServiceNow is looking for an Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing to develop, build and lead a team of regional, multi-disciplined marketing experts across key personas, industries and routes to market. From Brand to Demand to Loyalty, this role is responsible to lead integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring that the resources & investments align to company goals and APAC growth objectives for thought leadership, demand generation and pipeline acceleration. This leader will partner closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads and global marketing teams to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact across solutions and geographies.
This marketing leader will play a key role in telling the ServiceNow story as the company continues its APAC growth journey. They will serve as a key partner in this growth by continuing to build awareness for ServiceNow through effective GTM and program strategies, demand generation, and pipeline development across all routes to market. Together with their team, they will develop data-driven and scalable marketing programs for key personas, industries and partner teams to meet revenue targets and financial objectives.
The Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing needs to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s domain and growing customer base to add value across field marketing campaigns that are both globally consistent and locally relevant to the target market. They will drive a collaborative partnership with regional sales and global marketing stakeholders by effectively deploying investment and leveraging data to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will also be expected to share best practices, as it relates to integrated campaigns and demand generation, pipeline progression across the Asia Pacific region and globally. This individual will also be expected to partner with other key functions and drive broader business initiatives.
Ideally role will be based in Singapore or Sydney.
The ideal candidate will be a world-class B2B campaign marketing leader with a strong pipeline and revenue orientation. Leading with data driven insights to drive strategy, they will bring experience leading high performing teams of regional product, persona, industry and route to market campaign experts with a demonstrated ability to recruit top-tier talent. An inspirational people leader, this person will have the ability to abolish silos through influence, and will have experience in successfully partnering with field teams and marketing business partners to meet aggressive growth targets.
Regional Campaign Leadership: Proven track record and in-depth experience in successfully leading and transforming APAC campaign management from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to drive business results. Ideally, has progressive experience in a cloud business of scale.
Pipeline and Revenue Orientation: Provides leadership and insights into how marketing campaigns, demand generation and events affect business growth (pipeline acceleration, ROI). Effectively partners with and enables sales teams.
Drive Innovation: Proven, quantifiable track record driving new marketing approaches, processes and optimisation techniques to better connect with customers and prospects in meaningful ways to illicit action, to meet and/or exceed achieve company targets.
Data & Analytics: Leads with a data-driven and analytically-minded approached to drive customer acquisition, retention and account-building. Builds capabilities to forecast trends and develops field strategies to meet them.
Operational Excellence: Implemented and maintained strong adoption of a business management systems to manage predictable, cohesive and successful marketing programs with consistent reporting on aligned KPI’s and strong controls.
Team & People Leadership: Experience leading a multi-faceted team. Ability to assess and evaluate existing teams, while identifying strong talent, recruiting for diverse skills and perspectives, and possessing the fortitude to hold people accountable.
