Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Speech Therapist who has experience in working with patients who are unable to communicate effectively and may also have swallowing difficulties.

Minimum Requirements

• Masters or Degree in Speech Therapy or its equivalent (preferably recognised by the Allied Health Professional Council).
• Eligible for registration as a speech therapist under the relevant authorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and holistic speech and language specific assessment for clients during admission, periodic care plan reviews, and discharge.
• Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to evaluate clients' progress.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to enhance rehab service standards.
• Assist in establishing evidence-based practice through guidelines and protocols.
