What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Public Healthcare/ Business Administration or related studies
5 - 6 years' experience in healthcare administration in the supervisory capacity, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
Strong understanding of medical billing practices, insurance procedures, and financial counseling
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and nurture team strengths and capabilities
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in healthcare management software
