Position Overview
The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness and organization of spa and gym facilities, including lounges and locker rooms. This role includes reception duties, conducting engaging spa tours with storytelling, and promoting services. The ideal candidate is physically fit for housekeeping tasks and communicates effectively to enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Spa Operations & Guest Service
• Greet guests warmly, provide refreshments, and assist with inquiries.
• Conduct engaging spa tours, introducing facilities and services through storytelling.
• Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms with necessary supplies.
• Ensure all spa and gym areas are clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained.
• Prepare and clean baths for bathing rituals.
• Prepare flowers for trays and various areas (reception, toilets, vanities, wet area, lounges).
• Prepare and distribute fresh sheets and towels in treatment rooms, changing & grooming areas, and wet facilities.
• Ensure proper and prompt disposal of any wasted material, disposables, etc., in spa common areas.
• Check and change regularly the candles for the burners, keeping them clean.

Spa Reception Operations
• Handle reception tasks, including guest check-ins and appointment scheduling.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Maintain and update guest preferences database for personalized service.
• Document guest requests, feedback, and any incidents requiring attention.

Housekeeping & Laundry Management
• Physically handle laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, and storing towels and linens.
• Replace used towels and sheets in treatment rooms, changing areas, and wet facilities.
• Restock lounges supplies, lockers' amenities, linen, and operational needs for both the spa and the fitness/gym studio.

Requirements
• Minimum Secondary Education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa or similar field.
• Knowledge of the spa industry.
• Physically fit for housekeeping duties and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills, confident in guest interactions and storytelling.
