Sourcing / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Up to $4,000 Basic + Uncapped Comms!)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening of applications to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Provide guidance to Business Development on recruitment best practices and selection techniques.

• Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields.

• CEI Certified Preferred; no experience is welcome as training would be provided!

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets.
