We are seeking a skilled Radiographer cum Sonographer to join our Diagnostic Imaging Department. The ideal candidate will perform a range of imaging procedures and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic and sonographic examinations, including MRI, CT scans, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy, and Theatre Radiography.
Ensure the proper care, maintenance, and calibration of Ultrasound and X-ray machines, as well as other radiographic equipment.
Participate in quality assurance programs, performance appraisals, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Attend and actively contribute to departmental meetings and training sessions.
Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff when required.
Participate in on-call duties as rostered.
Requirements:
Degree in Radiography or an equivalent qualification.
Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
Proficiency in computer systems and experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
Willingness to work on-call shifts as per the roster.
