Job description

The Solutions Partner, SEA is responsible for leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions tailored to the assigned accounts. This role is a part of Publicis Edge, the scaled and integrated data and analytic department under Publicis Groupe, and reports to the Chief Product & Solution Officer, Asia Pacific. This role requires deep industry expertise with business knowledge, consumer understanding, and data & tech utilization to be the clients’ trusted partner on business solutions. To design the right solutions for clients, this role has works closely with the Global Client Lead, Transformation Lead, and Commerce Lead. Moreover, this role strongly connects with local business teams to deploy the solutions, train for utilization of tools, and measure clients’ business outcomes based on the designed solutions.

1. Clients’ Solution Partner

a. Understand clients’ business, ecosystem, data analytics and process. Assess current capabilities and data offerings internally at Publicis Groupe across audience insights, investment strategy, media activation, measurement, and budget optimization, and then propose the integration of Publicis Groupe’s solutions in the process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the business outcomes.

b. Identify opportunities to propose additional tailored solutions to address specific clients’ needs.

c. Maintain a growth mindset that continuously explores opportunities to improve ways of working and enhance business outcome through innovative partnerships and/or internal Publicis Groupe.

d. Consistently share the learnings on solutions deployment across SEA markets, especially in CPG vertical.

2. Cross-Function Collaboration

a. Work closely with Global Client Lead, Transformation Lead, and Commerce lead to design, integrate, and refine the solutions to ensure the optimum business impact for clients’ business.

b. Work closely with local business teams, including Business Lead and Strategy Lead in the market, to build a clear understanding of business challenges that need to be addressed and design the right solutions for them.

c. Regularly connect with clients to gain first-hand intelligence regarding their focuses and priorities.

3. Thought Leadership & Industry Innovation

a. Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry, especially on CPG vertical and AI/Data/Tech fields.

b. Support internal knowledge sharing and training program to elevate teams’ expertise in Publicis Groupe solutions across SEA markets.

c. Contribute to the industry by developing studies from Publicis Groupe solutions to enhance Publicis Groupe’s visibility and reputation.

d. Generate additional revenue for the company by leveraging Publicis Groupe’s solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, data & technology, or consulting in the Advertising industry or CPG sector.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, delivering strategic solutions for clients, especially the CPG sector.
  • Understanding of industry-vertical business processes and business data points and a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation in the industry.
  • Expertise in brand tracking studies, consumers studies, and measurement models used in the CPG sector.
  • Practical understanding of single view of consumers based on the various sources of data.
  • Practical understanding of and experience utilizing BI visualization tools.
  • Experience with CPG data sources, both Publicis Groupe proprietary and third party, as well as trending industry software solutions.
