Job Title: Solutions Development Manager
Monthly Salary: Up to $10,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Office at Ubi

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Role Overview:
As a Solutions Development Manager, you will oversee the rollout and ongoing enhancement of packaged solutions globally, drive the creation of new, industry-specific solutions, and expand our labeling software's international footprint. This role is crucial in nurturing key customer relationships to ensure operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaged Solutions:

• Deeply understand and promote our packaged solutions internationally.
• Lead the coordination of deployment and maintenance strategies with global counterparts.
• Develop training programs and documentation to support effective regional implementation.
• Innovate by identifying market trends and collaborating with internal teams to craft bespoke solutions.

Labeling Software:

• Broaden the international presence of our labeling and general software solutions.
• Enhance revenue and profit through strategic regional deployments.
• Address technical queries effectively, collaborating with development teams as needed.

Key Account Management:

• Support the deployment and optimization of solutions for key accounts globally.
• Collaborate with central teams to adapt solutions to various regional requirements.
• Maintain and improve centrally managed applications for top-tier clients.

Employee Development:

• Design and execute educational programs on software development and quality management.
• Deliver online training focused on software lifecycle and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) principles.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Drive profitability through strategic analysis and visualization of performance data.
• Engage with departments to identify and implement data-driven business strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in software solutions or Auto-ID solutions.
• Proven track record in international project management and software/package solution development.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong project management capabilities, with a preference for PMP certification.
• Expertise in data analysis and customer service with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, IoT, and familiarity with SAP, ERP systems.
