Job Scopes:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables
• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions to clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
• Mentor and coach solutions team members
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, and continuously improve project delivery processes
• Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed to ensure project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and any other internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business or service offerings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree qualification
• 5-10 years of Project Management/Service Delivery experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
