We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong track record in leading successful greenfield Salesforce implementations. This role requires expertise in architecting end-to-end Salesforce solutions, managing integrations, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality results, particularly in public sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Public Sector Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, IT teams, and business units, to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops with public sector clients to identify key business needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure architectural integrity and governance of Salesforce solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, integrations, customizations, and Public Sector Cloud features such as Case Management, Licensing, Permitting, Inspections, and Grants Management.
• Develop and maintain high-level design documents, solution blueprints, and architectural roadmaps.
• Lead project teams consisting of developers, consultants, and admins to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with government security standards and policies.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and data management strategies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Public Sector Cloud features, staying current on Salesforce innovations and advising clients on new capabilities.
• Conduct architectural assessments and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
• Lead technical discussions, client presentations, and solution demos.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, of Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience as aSalesforce Solution Architect with a focus on public sector project projects.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience designing and deploying solutions that integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Salesforce Certifications, including Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, including flows, OmniStudio, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate complex solutions clearly, and work under tight timelines.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
