Mandatory Skills

• Support in dashboard and data project activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including credit teams) to gather requirements, document changes in processes & data definitions, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / regression testing, and participate in the go-live and post-implementation verification. Specific deliverables for the UAT include creating a test plan, test scenarios, test conditions, and test cases for UAT and regression testing.
• Perform UAT and regression testing as per the approved Test Plan to meet the expected test result/outcome.
• Timely escalate any critical issues, especially showstoppers, immediately and complete well-documented evidence (e.g., print screens, data dumps) of test results.
• Participate in the Go-Live and post-implementation checks.
• Work with Regional CBG Credit to define mandatory checks and establish clear criteria for parallel run/go-live post-system assurance monitoring to ensure data and dashboards perform effectively and as expected.
• Participate in project activities and meetings.
• Ensure timely deliverables and adherence to project governance, standards & requirements. Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress.
• Must be proficient in Excel for comparisons, Power Query, pivot tables, Jira, running Superset queries, PowerPoint, etc., for tracking issues and resolution.
• Knowledge in consumer credit, collections, fraud analytics, and metrics.

Note: It would be working in the office most of the time, especially handling testing of data (resource must work in the office due to strict policy of data protection).
