Software Test Automation Engineer

Your role :

We are looking for someone who can:

1. implement and deliver high quality software solutions/components for the Credit Risk platform that conform to architectural standards
2. manage and 'own' significant development tasks end-to-end
3. demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll out important regulatory and business improvement programs
4. ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
5. mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
6. design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Java 11 and above.

Your team :

You will be part of the GOTO WMPC Development team responsible for:

1. delivering solutions needed and L3 support to CA's and Credit Risk Control (CRC) personnel to monitor Credit Risk exposure of its global Front Office functions
2. providing systems that ensure the Bank's compliance with various regulatory requirements

Your expertise :

1. minimally 7 years of experience in enterprise application and system design with OOA/OOD, UML Modeling, software development, and automation
2. hands-on experience in Java 11 or above, JMeter, Cucumber, Kafka, Kafka Stream, Spring Boot with following modules (not limited to): Spring Web-MVC, Spring Data JPA/Rest, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream (Kafka)
3. solid understanding of RESTful API, Microservice design, and implementation
4. familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar
5. able to work under pressure, independently and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
6. preferred to have knowledge & experience working on the Azure platform
