Role: Software Tech Lead AI Fintech

We are partnering with a leading AI Fintech who is looking for hands-on Software Tech Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge GenAI-powered fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and scale a next-generation AI-powered fintech platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Work on AI/ML model integration, automation, and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building software platforms and AI-driven applications.
• Strong background in GenAI, machine learning, and large-scale software development, ideally from AI-driven startups, hi-tech firms, or platform-based software companies.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C/C++, Go, or Java /Type .
• Team leadership experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and modern development frameworks.
