Software Project Coordinator

As a Software Project Coordinator at Business Thrust Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of software projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This full-time position is based in Macpherson, Central Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track
2. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to facilitate smooth project execution
3. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and key stakeholders
4. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
5. Provide administrative support, such as organising meetings, tracking action items, and managing project files and records
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices

What we're looking for

1. 1 year of experience in a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in the software development or IT industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Familiar with Waterfall project management methodologies and practices
5. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
6. A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work
