The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Software Engineering Team Lead
• Focus: Hands On Experience Golang programming on Lending domain/platform and Lead the design and architecture of complex Lending systems
• Office location: Singapore
• Working hours: (Monday Friday) Office Hours

The Talent

• 10-15 years of hands-on industry experience in building distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• 5 years experience in Lending domain, with experience in building core lending platforms and integrating with vendor solutions, including building core lending platforms and integrating with vendor solutions such as Mambu (good to have) or other LMS platforms.
• Possess proficiency in Golang programming with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Understand various technologies used in building highly scalable lending systems.
• Experience in deploying code in AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and business teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specifications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Job

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Lending systems, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable, while setting the gold standard for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency across the organization's product spectrum.
• Provide strategic technical insights and risk assessments to leadership and partners, guiding decision-making that drives project and people management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and experience teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specifications that create a lasting impact.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks through proactive initiatives, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance of critical systems while handling incidents as they arise.
• Provide feedback on code, design, and technical proposals, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and software performance optimization.
