Software Engineer - Kafka Data Streaming

We’re working with one of the world’s top Data Streaming technology firms, who are looking for Kafka SMEs to join an exciting project in Singapore. You’ll be working for one of the most recognisable tech brands globally, leveraging your expertise with Kafka across their vast portfolio of clients. This is a Fixed-Term Contract position.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise scalable data streaming architectures with Kafka.

• Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to drive high-impact projects.

• Join a talented team of engineers and deliver robust streaming solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in commercial software development and architecture.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Kafka components (Streams, Connect, KSQL).

• Demonstrable programming skills and proficient in Java, Scala, or Python.

• Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for Kafka deployments.
