Software Engineer (Java)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Provides technical support to users.

• Troubleshoots and resolves system issues.

• Participates in business analysis and technical design sessions.

• Ensures compliance with industry regulations.

• Documents system processes and presents progress reports.

• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Manages projects as assigned.

• Coaches and mentors team members (for senior positions).

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).

• Possesses at least 5 years of experience in system development and support.

• Demonstrates strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

• Experienced in one or more full Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) for enterprise projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Crystal Reports and Jasper Reports is an added advantage.
