Software Engineer - IBM filenet admin

5-10 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 Administration
Strong expertise in FileNet Content Manager, Case Manager, Process Engine, and Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Experience with IBM Datacap for intelligent document capture and processing
Experience with WebSphere / WebLogic / JBoss application servers
Knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server)
Experience in troubleshooting FileNet, BAW, and Datacap issues, performance tuning, and log analysis
Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms
Experience with cloud-based FileNet implementations (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is a plus
