Software Engineer (CAD/CAM)

Technical project implementation and implementation of Industry 4.0 software solutions.

Consulting, training and support of our national and international customers in questions regarding software solutions and their integration into the existing IT infrastructure over phone, email and sometimes onsite.

Competent contact person in topics concerning industrial production and networking as well as in all questions regarding software systems, the computer environment and network administration.

Assess process value chain and adapt software solutions to customer needs.

Communicate and coordinate with other teams working on the same project.

Provide software support for machines sales team in terms of time study and feasibility study based on customers need.

Ability to work under pressure and customer orientation.

Requirements:

1. 2 Years experience in a Software Systems or Software Support Engineering position.
2. Ideally professional experience in the field of network administration or application consulting.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Having knowledge in CAD/CAM programming software for machine tools would be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of manufacturing value stream and CNC machine technology desirable.
6. Pleasure in national and international assignments (travel activity approx. 50%).
7. Training or completed studies in Information System, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
