Responsibilities
- Build stable, performant, and high quality Android application based on designs and requirements
- Code, test, document, and release Android application adhering to ShopBack’s engineering standard and industry best practices
- Work closely with product, designers, data and engineering teams to deliver products on schedule
- Actively participate in technical design discussions
- Improve and automate engineering processes to improve delivery velocity and quality
What we look for
- Experience building applications using Android SDK, and knowledge of handling Android device fragmentation
- Experience in developing Android apps using Kotlin (is a plus)
- Experience integrating apps with RESTful APIs
- Proficient in Git and familiar with continuous integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and demonstrable design and UX sensibilities
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
